B12 Love – Vitamin B12 Energy Patch

About:

B12 Love patches are absorbed through the skin = increasing efficiency bypassing inefficient nutrient absorption in the stomach. One patch gives you energy for the week without having to remember to pop pills or risk and upset stomach.

B12 pills have less than a 2% absorption rate which means if you take a 5,000 MCG pill you absorb less than 100 MCG. The B12 Patch is 1200 MCG and absorbs directly into your body. 1200 > 100. Bet the B12 Pills did not mention that fact.

Superior Quality with 1200 Mcg B12 (methylcobalamin) and 400 Mcg Folic Acid with super easy to use patches. B12 is used for increased energy, reduced fatigue, decreased memory loss, boosting mood, increased concentration, improving the immune system and slowing aging plus B12 is required by the body for proper function and development of the brain, nerves, and blood cells. It's now wonder B12 has been called the ultimate superfood for the body!

Science of B12 LOVE Patches: Methylcobalamin (methyl B12) is the ONLY form of vitamin B12 that is a direct participant in homocysteine metabolism. When B12 is taken orally studies have shown that only about 1% of the B12 makes it into the bloodstream. B12 LOVE patches with 1200 Mcg methyl B12 are more effective than "high potency" B12 pills that have a less than a 2% absorption rate.

Review:

I am all about Vitamin B12 as it’s essential to help maintain your nerve and red blood cells. B12 is also needed to make DNA. A lack of B12 can end up leading to anemia, cause weakness, lightheadedness, depression, and tiredness. Sometimes vegetarians or vegans (or those who eat little meat or dairy) may not get enough of this essential vitamin.
One thing I like about this B12 patch is that I do NOT have to worry about having to take supplements every day! I just wear the patch and go about my business!

This B12 Patch supposedly delivers a consistent amount of B12 through a dime-sized patch you wear behind your earlobe, it’s that easy.

Here are some of the most common symptoms of deficiency (according to naturalnews.com):

* Chest pain or shortness of breath
* Fatigue or unexplained weakness
* Dizziness, trouble with balance, and fainting
* Confusion, memory loss or dementia
* Coldness, numbness or tingling in the hands and feet
* Slow reflexes or diminished nervous system function
* Pale skin or yellowing of the skin
* Sore mouth and tongue

After knowing these, I think it may be possible that I wasn’t getting enough B12, so I was happy to have these patches to try out. I could definitely use some extra energy as I’ve been working extra hard lately at work and home. I have a lot going on and no energy!

So have these worked for me? I think that maybe they have. I feel like I have a little more energy that I had before using the patches, and I don’t have the issues with my memory that I had been having (which had been getting annoying at times). I honestly just feel better, overall. I don’t necessarily eat the best, and sometimes I just have to grab and go when I can. So I don’t think I get all the nutrients I should. I also don’t take a multivitamin like I should be.

Overall, I love that these are easy to use, I don’t have to take a daily supplement, and that they seem to make me feel more energized and really seem to make a difference in my memory. I’m writing fewer notes on the back of my hand.

Review:

I never learned much about knots and how to tie them, other than the basic one you tie your shoe with or a slip knot. I was intrigued with this game as I was excited to learn some knots as well as boost my brain power. I was given this game for free to try for my honest and unbiased review.

This is an excellent game for adults as well as kids. We all had fun learning to tie different knots and it was great for occupying bored hands. My children loved this game and couldn't stop trying to "beat" each other at trying to get the knot done fastest. They also had to see who could do the hardest knot first. I’m not going to lie; I had to get in on that action at times myself! It was really addicting at times, and sometimes I just couldn’t stop until I got the knot right.

The instruction booklet didn’t have step-by-step instructions on how to tie the knot properly, so you had to figure them out on your own, which was challenging at times. I think this was actually great because you use more of your brain this way. I think this game is great at getting you to use your brainpower! I like that there are fun facts at the bottom of the page on what the knot is about. Each knot gets more and more difficult as you move along through the book. Once you have one mastered, you feel very accomplished!

The rope that was included in the kit was blue and very durable. The ring in the kit was very thick and a little heavy, but very durable! The Knot So Fast game was a great game for both me and my children. I loved that I could do the knots by myself and that my kids could also do the knots by themselves. I think we all learned some great skills and all boosted our brain power. Each time we went back to a previous knot, we could do it faster. It’s fantastic!

Overall, we love this game! You can get Knot So Fast for yourself or as a gift for someone on Amazon.com

Review:

I used to play chess when I was younger but haven’t for some time. I had always enjoyed the game and when I had the chance to try and review this particular game, Solitaire Chess by Think Fun, I was very excited! I flipped open the instruction book and gave myself a quick refresher on how each of the pieces moved and I was good to go.

The chess pieces themselves were a beautiful hard plastic- a good quality, not a cheap plastic. The game board(s) book was also a good quality and I love that it’s spiral bound for ease of use.  The instruction book was easy to read and understand.

The game itself is like a simplified version of chess. The pieces move like regular chess pieces and the end goal is to have one piece standing. This would be perfect for playing alone or even to use in small group settings (think kids) to develop some thinking skills. I was actually playing this for a while and had my son and niece come up and want to watch and play because they were very interested.

Another good thing about this game is that if you ever get completely stuck, you can actually get the solution in the book. I like to work on the solution myself and try as much as possible to not look at the solution! I feel very proud of myself when I solve the puzzle!

I feel very strongly that people need to keep their minds active and sharp and I really believe this game will help with that. I think puzzles, thinking games, etc. are great for keeping your mind alert, active, and smart. This game is a great one to have in your collection as you can play many different puzzles with it as well as go back to the beginning and start all over! It would be really cool if they came out with new game boards as it may be a little easier the second time or more around.  It’s also fun to bring out when guests are around to see who can solve the puzzle first/the fastest.

Overall, I really think this game is neat! I love playing it when I have any free chance. It really reminds me of the times I’d play chess years ago. I don’t have a chess partner anymore, so playing by myself is amazing. I also love that I can teach my children and niece how to play as well.

This would make a wonderful gift!
