We always have fish oil on hand at our house as we all take it for its health benefits. So when I had the opportunity to try this Dues Vita Omega-3 Fish Oil, I was pretty excited. I loved that this product was specifically designed for those with an active lifestyle.

This product comes with 90 soft gels per container, which is the same as a 3-months supply. You only need to take one soft gel a day, and this is fantastic in that most others require more than one. I love only needing to take one to get the recommended dosage.

The soft gels are fairly large in size and have a lemon flavoring to make it a little more appetizing to swallow. I didn’t have any issues with fishy taste or aftertaste, and there were also no issues with burping, etc.

I like that this product has no added filers and that they actually test the oil to make sure that there are no heavy metals in it (as some fish can have a lot of heavy metals). These Fish Oil soft gels also have concentrated levels of Omega-3 fatty acids, EPA and DHA which are great for your health.

Review:

This is honestly the first time I’ve ever heard of a topical form of a vitamin. This was very confusing, yet interesting, to me! The Vita Sciences Maxasorb Vitamin D3 Cream product itself came in a small plastic bottle with a pump. The cream itself is pink in color and has a citrusy-minty smell to it. It’s not a bad or strong smell.

It is very easy to get the right dosage. You just press down fully once for one complete dosage. I like to rub it in my inner arms and it absorbs quickly and completely. It doesn’t leave any residue or greasy feeling what-so-ever. I have also had NO reaction to this cream either.

I feel like this form of D3 gets absorbed into my body quicker and I feel the effects sooner. I feel that long term use of this product would prove to be very beneficial. I’ve been using it a couple of weeks and feel that I have gained from it. Vitamin D3 is good for heart an arterial health, healthy blood pressure, bone health and more.

This would be a perfect product for those who have trouble swallowing, or for those who just don’t like taking pills/supplements orally. This product works wonderfully, and I wish there were a few other options in this form as I would jump right on them. (Such as riboflavin for headaches).

If you didn’t know, Turmeric is what gives curry and American mustard its yellow color. Turmeric Root’s active compound is called Curcumin and contains powerful anti-inflammatory properties. Turmeric can actually be beneficial to the cardiovascular and immune systems as well as brain function. Turmeric has also been used as a pain reliever.

Rather than trying to consume massive amounts of fresh or dried turmeric root, you could easily just take True Synergy’s Turmeric Curcumin supplement. True Synergy’s supplement works wonderfully for pain management, especially with joint pain. The directions say you can take 1-3 a day.
