These Omaga-3 Lemon Minis + Vitamin D3, 1050mg Omega-3 and 600 IU vitamin D3 is a highly concentrated omega-3 softgel that is small and actually has a decent taste to it. I really like that these omega-3’s are so small as it makes them much easier to swallow.

You need to take 3 of these softgels a day for your serving and that’s really not that bad considering how small they are. They also don’t taste bad at all; you can just taste a hint of lemon, which I like.

My doctor has recommended Omega-3 for me in the past when I’ve complained of joint pain and when asking how to lower my cholesterol without medications. I do feel that this supplement has helped a little with my joint pain and I haven’t had a recheck of my cholesterol yet, but hopefully that will come back lower when I do have it rechecked. I do take this product along with exercise.

These softgels have a 2:1 ratio of DJA to EPA which supports healthy brain and cardiovascular function. These softgels also help support a healthy immune system and bone health with the added vitamin D3 in these. This product is also independently tested, according to their website, and certified to be pure from contaminates and heavy metals, including mercury and lead.

In a general sense, this product works to support heart, eye, brain, joint, triglyceride, blood pressure, immune and overall health. Do keep in mind that the statements this product makes haven’t been evaluated by the FDA and doesn’t diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

The ingredients in this product include: Highly refined and concentrated omega-3 marine oil from Calamarine and fish oil (squid, anchovy, sardine, mackerel), capsule shell (gelatin, glycerin, purified water), natural lemon flavor, natural mixed tocopherols (soy), cholecalciferol.

Overall, this is a great product and I would highly recommend giving it a try as it seems to be working pretty well for me and probably will for you too.

We always have fish oil on hand at our house as we all take it for its health benefits. So when I had the opportunity to try this Dues Vita Omega-3 Fish Oil, I was pretty excited. I loved that this product was specifically designed for those with an active lifestyle.

This product comes with 90 soft gels per container, which is the same as a 3-months supply. You only need to take one soft gel a day, and this is fantastic in that most others require more than one. I love only needing to take one to get the recommended dosage.

The soft gels are fairly large in size and have a lemon flavoring to make it a little more appetizing to swallow. I didn’t have any issues with fishy taste or aftertaste, and there were also no issues with burping, etc.

I've been taking these hyperbiotic Immune supplements for a couple weeks, but I can honestly say that I feel that they are working to my benefit.

The other hyperbiotic probiotics I know have worked wonders for me. I’ve taken many a probiotic and I have to say that Hyperbiotic PRO-Women is a completely different probiotic- In a good way! I have wanted to find a probiotic for my son, and so when I had the chance to do a review for Hyperbiotics Pro-Kid’s Probiotic, I was very excited. I love that Hyperbiotics has a control release technology that delivers the probiotic to the intestinal tract. According to Hyperbiotics, this probiotic is 15 more effective than other probiotics. I rely on probiotics myself, and really think my son could benefit from them as well. Being that your digestive system directly impacts the health of your immune system, I really want to keep his digestive system healthy.

Also, they say that fatigue and irritability are often a result of poor vitamin and nutrient absorption. Before I had been given the opportunity to review Excelerol Brain Health Supplement, I had never heard of it. Had I, I would surely had tried it! I can use all the mental alertness, focus, and concentration I can get.

I received a package of 90 liquid caps to try. I thought it was interesting the package said 90 caps, but on Amazon it says 96 caps. But in any event, I was very excited to try them out.  They package indicates to take 1-3 capsules a day or as recommended by a health professional. I took one the next morning to avoid any possible problems it may cause with trying to sleep and to see how it would react with me. I have enough problems trying to sleep. Anyway, after taking one of the caps about 30 minutes or so later I started to feel a little more alert and focused. I noticed that for most of the day I was more focused, more able to concentrate on the task at hand and more alert than usual. This is great for when I am at work (or at home for that matter)!

After continued use of this product I have noticed a drastic change in my ability to concentrate and focus! This product is absolutely wonderful! I have never been so focused and able to concentrate like I have after taking these supplements after a while.

I only have a few caps left and am worried about how I will be without them! I am pretty sure I’ll have to get another pack because I don’t want to go back to the way I was before- unable to concentrate and focus on anything for long periods of time. This product would be great for anyone with ADD problems as it really does help.

I don’t have the greatest of diets and figure it couldn’t hurt to take a milk thistle supplement to help remove some of the toxins that are in my body from all the junk I tend to eat.

I started by taking one capsule with each meal daily-  I started with just two times, then worked to three times a day with each of three meals. I always drink water, so that wasn’t a problem. (It says to take with water.)

I had no issues swallowing the capsules and noticed no odd after taste or reactions from it. I could tell a few days after taking the supplement that I was feeling pretty good. I wasn’t near as tired as I had been, and I felt like I had a little more pep in my step. While this could all be in my mind, I was happy none-the-less.

Let me start out by stating that I have horrible knees! I have had bad knees most of my life (yes even as a child!). I have chondromalacia patella which just means that my knee caps are misaligned and are wearing away at the cartilage that’s there. Well, I did like the concept of this product; however the taste of the product left a lot to be desired. It is recommended to take 4 packs of these a day; however I just took one a day for a week. I couldn’t get over the taste to continue on more than that. I did mix it with a little water just to help get it down, but it still had a not so great flavor and did almost feel like there was a burning sensation (that didn’t go with my GERD).

Natural Nutrition Labs Garcinia Cambogia has been working great for me. I take two before each of three meals. I take them and wait before I eat as taking them while I eat won’t give me the same results.

The caps themselves were not too large and were easy to swallow. They also had no aftertaste or weird smell to them. I didn’t mind taking them at all, especially three times a day. It was no big deal.
