When I first opened up the shirt, I noticed how soft it was. It was easy to get on and felt very nice against my skin. The shirt fit just like it should and the size seemed to run true. This shirt works great as a base layer and it works great for workouts or running. It's also made for mixed martial arts, swimming, surfing, biking, or other activities. It could also be used as a swim shirt for the sun protection it provides. I really like knowing my skin is being protected without chemicals and that’s fantastic!

This shirt also does a good job of wicking up moisture and doesn’t cause any excessive sweating by any means. It’s very breathable, light and not at all constricting.

It comes in sizes XS-XXL and is UPF 50, which means it provides ultimate protection from the sun and its harmful UV rays. Also, this shirt is made in the USA which is really important to me!
