I want to start this review by say that this is hands down the best frying pan that I’ve ever had the pleasure of trying. Ever.

One of the first things I noticed about this frying pan was that it was really nice to look at and I loved the textured bottom of the pan. I think it is very aesthetically pleasing to look at. The coating of the pan was very nice and smooth and very non-stick.  I couldn’t wait to try this pan out!

After I washed the pan, I got to quick use of it. I was making grilled cheese for dinner that particular night and I must say, my grilled cheeses came out perfect! They call came out evenly browned on both sides and they did not stick to the pan at all. Not at all. They slid around the pan like a hockey puck! I was impressed! The cheese that squished out the sides didn’t stick to the pan either. Nothing was sticking to this pan.

I was in total awe of this pan. I couldn’t wait to use it again, so the next morning I made omelets for breakfast. Again, nothing would stick to this pan. I never imagined that cooking could be so enjoyable! This pan works like a dream, cooks food evenly and wonderfully, cleans easily, and even comes with a protective barrier you can put on it to protect it when you store it. This pan has it all!

I had always bought Calphalon pans, but they still had issues with sticking food and not always cooking evenly. I still really liked them, but now that I’ve tried this Ozeri pan, I’m not sure I can look at Calphalon the same. This Ozeri Green Earth frying pan is literally the best pan I’ve ever tried. I seriously mean that!

This pan comes in three different sizes, 8”, 10”, and 12”. I can highly recommend this frying pan!
