I love essential oil, and peppermint is one of my favorites. It is great for aromatherapy, but it’s also great for other uses. There are so many different uses for peppermint essential oil and I have found a few that I really like.

One use for peppermint oil that I like to use is mixing it with water in a spray bottle and using it to deter bugs (especially spiders). I always get spiders living in my car/car mirrors in the summer and I use it to get rid of them. It works wonderfully!

I also like to use it in conjunction with another oil (such as almond or jojoba) for headaches. I get headaches a lot and I do find that essential oils do help with them.

So far, I’ve been very happy with Majectic Pure’s Peppermint Oil; it’s been working beautifully for me. Besides the uses above, I find that it works great when used as a carpet deodorizer. I mix a few drops with a cup of baking soda and sprinkle it across my carpet and let it sit for a while before vacuuming it up. It smells so wonderful!
