I was sent The Dreamer™ Sleep Mask to review. It was so incredibly light and comfortable that it was almost like not having it on at all. It was so soft, flexible, and breathable. The strap of the mask is extra wide and attaches with Velcro. I think because it’s so wide, it makes it more comfortable to wear because it distributes more evenly. When you have a thin strap going across your head, it doesn’t feel very comfortable, but this wide strap is genius!

Honestly, this mask is one of the very best that I have tried. It is one of the most comfortable. I absolutely love the way this mask is made. I also love that it comes with a sleep serum and ear plugs as well. Every once and awhile, I really do need ear plugs and I like that they come with the mask. I also love the scent of the sleep serum- it’s very calming and relaxing.

Overall, I can highly recommend this sleep mask as it is super comfortable, blocks out all the light completely, comes with ear plugs that work great and a sleep serum that smells wonderful and is very calming and relaxing. Let me start out by stating that I have horrible knees! I have had bad knees most of my life (yes even as a child!). I have chondromalacia patella which just means that my knee caps are misaligned and are wearing away at the cartilage that’s there. So I have constant popping and grinding of my knees, especially when I’m going up stairs, kneeling, etc. It stinks.

Anyway, I wanted to mention that because I like to take Glucosamine to help easy my symptoms. It won’t cure or stop the problem, but it does help to ease some of the pain.  I started taking Number One Nutrition’s glucosamine / chondroitin supplement and find that it is easy to swallow and you get a large amount in one bottle, which is nice! I like to take this supplement every day.

It is recommended to take three tablets a day and there are 240 tablets in a bottle, so one bottle could last up to 80 days. That would be almost three months of use if you needed to take it every day! That is awesome.  Another good thing about Number One Nutrition’s Glucosamine is that it’s only $24.99 for this 240 tablet bottle. That’s very affordable, especially for someone like me who needs to take this supplement daily.

Since I’ve been taking this supplement, I’ve noticed a sharp decrease in my symptoms. I haven’t had as much popping or grinding and pain and that, to me, is amazing. Review:

This product looks like a razor/shaver, however it is not! It’s actually meant to be used before shaving. The Exfolimate’s “blade” is not sharp enough that it will cut you while being used now, nor will it remove any body hair. It’s just a tool that has a “patented, laser-formed-edge with micro grooves” which combined with warm water from your bath or shower helps you clear your pores, smooth away dead skin cells, and stimulates the skin.

You don’t need to use any special cleaners with it. The instructions advise that you can exfoliate with just water. This product is great for those with sensitive skin and have issues with some cleaners or scrubs.

When I first opened this product up to look at it, I couldn’t figure out how this would actually exfoliate my skin. I decided that I would just follow the directions and see what happened. I hopped in the shower, a little warmer than I typically do, and gave myself a little extra time before starting. I first started with the Exfolimate Facial exfoliator at a 90-degree angle and in upward motions trying to cover all of my skin. After I got what I felt was my whole face, I looked at the product and didn’t see anything on it, so I wasn’t sure if the water washed off anything or if I just used it wrong. I didn’t notice much of a difference in the texture of my face.

After I did my face, I used the Exfolimate Body exfoliator. This took a little more time and I didn’t have time to do my whole body, so I just did my legs and arms. I used the same process of dragging it across my skin at a 90-degree angle. Again, I wasn’t sure if I was doing it right. I didn’t see any difference or feel any difference.

After I got out of the shower, I started to dry off and that’s when I noticed the product had worked! The dead skin was just falling off of me when I started to towel off! I don’t want to get too graphic, but it was a sight to see. I was quite amazed and grossed out at the same time! This product absolutely worked better than any sugar (or whatever) scrub that I typically will use when I’m feeling the need. I could actually see what this product was doing for me. The skin underneath was very soft! I was very impressed, to say the least.

I’ve used the Exfolimate Facial exfoliator several times and the Body exfoliator twice. I didn’t want to overdo it. I do find this product consistently works wonders on my skin! One of the best parts about this product is that you don’t need to replace them for an entire year! They will last you a year before needing to replace them. How amazing and cost saving is that? You can’t say that about body scrubs at all!

I received these supplements in a very cute little container that looks similar to that of a moisturizing cream. I thought that was clever as they are supposed to help your skin look better. The capsules themselves were in veg caps which I like and prefer. They weren’t tiny or too large. I had no issues with their size. Someone with large tonsils may want to consider the size, however. I just think of my sister and her large tonsils and how she can’t swallow anything without issues. I am lucky and have tiny tonsils. In any event, let’s move on!

I had no side effects whatsoever with taking these caps. I just added them to my daily routine of tablets/caps. Those who are on a variety of medications or are pregnant may want to consult their doctor first just to be sure that these will not be any problem.

Being that it could take 60-90 days to see results, I’m not completely shocked that I haven’t seen much of any results yet. I am really hoping to see results in my face and hopefully my hair and nails. I’ve been taking it faithfully and so far I haven’t really seen a difference. I’ll continue taking it and hopefully I’ll notice some changes. If I do, I’ll post an update letting you all know for sure.

Overall, I would recommend giving this supplement a try. It seems like these are the latest and greatest of beauty supplements and worth trying. If anything, they do have a nice amount of Vitamin A, C, D, and E. Either way, they do have health benefits!

Review:

Well, I did like the concept of this product; however the taste of the product left a lot to be desired. It is recommended to take 4 packs of these a day; however I just took one a day for a week. I couldn’t get over the taste to continue on more than that. I did mix it with a little water just to help get it down, but it still had a not so great flavor and did almost feel like there was a burning sensation (that didn’t go with my GERD).

It is recommended to use Lypo-Spheric R-ALA in combitnation with Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C and GHS (Glutathione) to get an antioxidant powerhouse delivered directly to your cells. I suppose this would be great for someone who really needs those antioxidants!

I’m sure if I could stomach this product a little better I would be able to tell if anything was happening (good or bad) with my body as a result of this product.  I really wanted to continue on with this product to see how it worked out for me; however it just wasn’t working out.

Personally, this was just me and may not be the same with someone else who may want to try this product. I really am impressed with this product and the wonderful things it offers you. I believe anyone who doesn’t have my issues could really benefit from this product.

I say this a lot about Adovia, but I’ll say it again. I love Adovia and their products! This particular Adovia Moisturizing Day Cream is no exception to my love. It is a thick formula moisturizer, which I happen to like (some don’t). You only need a little bit and it goes on easy and glides on smoothly. The Mega Mesh Premium Magnetic Screen Door is in credibly easy to install. It opens and closes with very little pressure and is kid and pet friendly! It works wonderfully at keeping the bugs out and if you are a pet owner, this would be a great alternative to doggie doors as both small and large dogs can get through easily. Another good feature of this screen door is that it’s removable so that if you want to put it on another door or if you move, you can do so with ease. It will fit doors up to 34” x 82”.

The only downside to this magnetic door is that it wouldn’t be very ideal for very hot days or very cold days for obvious reasons.

Review:

I used to play chess when I was younger but haven’t for some time. I had always enjoyed the game and when I had the chance to try and review this particular game, Solitaire Chess by Think Fun, I was very excited! I flipped open the instruction book and gave myself a quick refresher on how each of the pieces moved and I was good to go.

The chess pieces themselves were a beautiful hard plastic- a good quality, not a cheap plastic. The game board(s) book was also a good quality and I love that it’s spiral bound for ease of use.  The instruction book was easy to read and understand.

The game itself is like a simplified version of chess. The pieces move like regular chess pieces and the end goal is to have one piece standing. This would be perfect for playing alone or even to use in small group settings (think kids) to develop some thinking skills. I was actually playing this for a while and had my son and niece come up and want to watch and play because they were very interested.

Another good thing about this game is that if you ever get completely stuck, you can actually get the solution in the book. I like to work on the solution myself and try as much as possible to not look at the solution! I feel very proud of myself when I solve the puzzle!

I feel very strongly that people need to keep their minds active and sharp and I really believe this game will help with that. I think puzzles, thinking games, etc. are great for keeping your mind alert, active, and smart. This game is a great one to have in your collection as you can play many different puzzles with it as well as go back to the beginning and start all over! It would be really cool if they came out with new game boards as it may be a little easier the second time or more around.  It’s also fun to bring out when guests are around to see who can solve the puzzle first/the fastest.

Overall, I really think this game is neat! I love playing it when I have any free chance. It really reminds me of the times I’d play chess years ago. I don’t have a chess partner anymore, so playing by myself is amazing. I also love that I can teach my children and niece how to play as well.

I really hate that my skin is always so dry. It doesn’t matter what time of the year it is, my skin is always dry. It’s a real bummer, and trying to find products that actually help with it vs. mask it is hard. So when I learned about Shea butter and how effective it was for dry skin and other issues, I knew I had to try it. It dried fairly quickly considering, and left my face feeing nice and a little tight. I left the mask on for a while- 20 minutes or so while I was doing other things. This is a really nice hyaluronic acid serum. Day By Day Beauty has created a nice natural product that glides on your skin easily and smoothly. It only takes a small amount to cover your face and it soaks in very quickly. It’s scent free, and full of wonderful ingredients.
