So when I was given the chance to try out this sleep mask and ear plugs combo from Bedtime Bliss, I jumped at the opportunity. I absolutely cannot sleep unless it’s completely black. Sometimes I need to get to bed before it gets dark out and I just can’t get to sleep when there is light shining through the windows. I also sleep next to a chainsaw (so to speak), so this product was perfect!

The first thing I noticed about this product was that it was very thin, very light, and had a nice Velcro strap that went around my head. I also noticed something about it that no other sleep mask I’ve ever seen offers: contoured eye areas for eye movement and comfort. I was in love on first try! I loved that I could barely feel the mask on my face/head because it was so light and thin. It is extremely comfortable! I also loved the feeling of being able to move/blink my eyes without obstruction. I loved not having the feeling of pressure on my eyes that I typically get with a regular face mask. The nose bridge was a nice added feature as it really helped to contour this mask to my face. I saw absolutely no light come through the mask or around it. It fit so well!
